If GRAVITY Is…!!!

If “gravity” is credited with being a force strong enough to hold the world’s oceans, buildings, people and atmosphere stuck to the surface of a rapidly spinning ball, then it is impossible for “gravity” to also simultaneously be weak enough to allow birds, bugs, and planes to takeoff and travel freely unabated in any direction.

If “gravity” is credited with being a force strong enough to curve the massive expanse of oceans around a globular Earth, it would be impossible for fish and other creatures to swim through such forcefully held water.

  1. Even a flying fish will fall back to earth because of gravity. If your theory is right then everything would fly off into space or be stuck on earth. It takes a lot of fuel for a plane to combat gravity otherwise it would just use wind. I make as much sense as you do.

    1. ” If your theory is right then everything would fly off into space”.. Exactly. If the earth was spinning, and racing through the vacuum of outer space around a sun, then everything WOULD fly off into space. But the Earth is NOT spinning, nor flying through space. Over 5,000 scripture verses speak of an earth FIXED in position, and flat like the face of a clock, facing the heaven above. We have a dome set over us, called a ‘firmament’, which keeps our atmosphere intact and essentially, motionless save for the winds created by the sun which circles above and changes the temperatures as it goes. Your comment proves the flat, domed earth.

      1. Nothing would fly off. You don’t fly through the interior of a plane either although it’s very fast. Because of inertia.

  2. I’d like more information. I’m not a graduate in anything other than Humanities subjects so I need to start at the beginning. What would be an ideal literature re FLAT EARTH thinking please?

    1. Hello Mamdy,
      If I might answer your request, I’d direct you to 2 things;
First of all one of the best films I’ve found on the subject of the true shape and character of the earth is found here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgdwiViAw3w&feature=youtu.be

Then after 40 years of Biblical research, I was moved just last month to take a look at the scriptures concerning the 2 places God made ‘good’ in Genesis chapter 1 – the heaven and the earth. What i have found in only 30 days, are 5,000+ Scriptures supporting a flat earth, and zero scriptures which speak of a round or moving earth.

After 61 years of believing the lie, I no longer believe that the earth is in motion or round. And so many things that I have observed a lifetime, finally make sense.

Best wishes for a successful search!
      Victoria

    2. Hi Manndy,

I am not sure where your beliefs lie, but consider science as a good starting point. Many flat-earth claims are grounded in religious ideology and mythology. I hope you consider some of the points in these articles. I admittedly am partial to science over pseudoscience, but there is good reason for that.

Best of luck and I hope you find the truth!

      1. “Many flat-earth claims are grounded in religious ideology and mythology.”
        Perhaps.
Though some of us believe the Bible which is not religious ideology nor mythology. Just to keep the record straight.

It may surprise some people to know that the Bible was written over the course of 4,000 years, by some 60+ authors, yet it agrees everywhere on the point that the Earth is a flat plane in circular form, that it’s immoveable, and that the sun moon and stars circle overhead.

I’d give that book more credit than to associate the Book with mythology. Or even with science – which teaches evolution, and gravity’s impossible feats, and a spinning earth racing through empty space without a whisper of air lost to the vacuum…

Though that said, at least Mythology treats truth more accurately than what today passes for ‘science’. The ancients knew the earth was flat.. Science on the other hand, would have us believe that -given enough time – Mt. Rushmore could be carved by windstorms. They can keep science, and I’ll believe the scriptures.

  3. trick question, flat earthers don’t believe in books

they’re made from trees and trees are round

  4. 1) Basic laws like density, aerodynamics, and other god damn laws of the universe prove you wrong. Not going elaborate – a quick google should provide you with enough
    2) Yet again… basic god damn laws of physics. Although the force is strong, it is spread upon a large amount of area which lowers the amount of pressure upon one area. For example, a nail to your back would hurt, but a bed of nails wouldn’t. Same for gravity – if the force of the entire earth was forced upon one area, it would crush everything. However since the surface area of the entire world is 196.9 million mi squared, I would think that gravity would not be able to crush anything because of that large surface area.
